“I’m able to get volume now that I never had before. And it’s just a tremendous thing to belong to this group. The people that I’ve met are so friendly. You not only get the music from it but we also get the atmosphere of belonging to a group where everyone has the same type situation. We feel like it’s one big family.”

A Day in the Life

Each session begins with gentle movement, breathwork, and vocal warmups, followed by group singing that lifts both voices and spirits.

Members connect over familiar songs, build vocal strength, and enjoy the support of a caring community. Whether in person or online, it’s a space to strengthen communication, boost confidence, and share joy.

"After being diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2021, my wife and I joined the North County Support Group. It was there where we first heard of Tremble Clefs. At the first Tremble Clefs meeting that we attended we were overwhelmed by the love and acceptance of group members. I said "This is for me!" I'm amongst friends, brothers and sisters. Tremble Clefs has been a weekly highlight for me."
