Organization Description: Tremble Clefs San Diego, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that provides a therapeutic singing program and community for people living with Parkinson's Disease and their care partners. We currently run three choruses that meet to sing weekly in Allied Gardens, Encinitas, and Rancho Bernardo. We perform for community organizations, seniors and veterans. Interested applicants are invited to visit a rehearsal to experience the program, the engaging environment, and meet Tremble Clefs members to understand the goals and benefits of the program. BOARD OF DIRECTORS - provide leadership to the Tremble Clefs organization. At least half of the Board Members are People with Parkinson’s Disease or Care Partners. They participate in Board meetings, work together as colleagues, lead and participate in committees, make a personal commitment to fund raising, and plan and evaluate the organization.

STANDING COMMITTEES

Marketing - develops marketing and public relations plans and materials. Ensures that marketing is integrated into performances, special events, print/mass & social media. Interfaces with medical/therapy, Parkinson’s and business organizations. Coordinates with Board and other committees. Attracts/helps recruit participants, volunteers and donors.

Program Operations - provides leadership for program development, including special events and educational opportunities, coordinates with the Music Director and the Board of Directors.

Human Resources - manages relationships with independent contractors, leads volunteer recruitment efforts, and ensures compliance with human resources law.

Fundraising Events Committees - organize and present special fundraising events. Fresh fund-raising ideas are welcome!

Snack Leaders and Weekly Snack Groups - provide weekly refreshments for fellowship breaks at Tremble Clefs’ central San Diego Chorus rehearsals.

Photographers/Videographers/Recording specialists - cover events and provide potential images and media content for website, social media, advertising, etc.
