Volunteer

Tremble Clefs always needs committed and caring volunteers to keep our programs and events running smoothly.

Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors serves as the guiding force behind Tremble Clefs mission. Board members steward the long-term vision of the organization, ensure strong governance and financial integrity, and act as ambassadors in the community - helping us grow awareness, build partnerships, and secure the resources needed to keep our programs thriving.

Board service is both a leadership role and a hands-on commitment to advancing our mission and vision.

Standing Committees

  • Our Welcome Ambassadors are often the first friendly faces people meet at Tremble Clefs sessions and events. They greet new visitors, help everyone feel at ease and create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where connection can begin. They also support our mission behind the scenes by tracking attendance and gathering contact information - helping us stay in touch with new friends and better understand the impact of our programs as we grow.

  • The Outreach & Growth Committee helps Tremble Clefs reach beyond our sessions and into the wider community. This team builds relationships with partners, healthcare providers, schools and local organizations to expand awareness and access to our therapeutic singing programs. They create opportunities for connection - through community visits, collaborations, and events - so the strong foundations developed by the Program Operations Committee can be shared, experienced and grown throughout San Diego County and beyond.

  • The Program Operations Community tends to the core of our work - developing and nurturing the therapeutic singing programs that serve our members. This team focuses on how our sessions are designed, delivered and improved, ensuring every participant receives a thoughtful, supportive, and empowering experience. Their work creates the strong foundation that allows our Outreach and Growth Committee to share Tremble Clefs with the wider community through partnerships, performances, and outreach.

  • The Human Resources Committee cares for the people who make Tremble Clefs possible. This team supports healthy, inclusive, and respectful environments for our staff, volunteers and leaders - helping to ensure everyone feels welcomed, valued and empowered to contribute their best. They focus on policies, practices, and support systems that strengthen our culture, promote fairness and compliance, and help Tremble Clefs grow with integrity and compassion.

  • The Fundraising Events Committee brings our mission to life through moments of connection, celebration, and community. This team plans and hosts events that inspire generosity, deepen relationships, and create meaningful experiences for supporters, partners, and participants, alike. Their work helps turn shared joy into tangible impact - ensuring Tremble Clefs has the resources to grow, reach more people and continue offering therapeutic singing programs throughout San Diego County and beyond.

  • This team captures the moments, voices, and stories that bring Tremble Clefs to life.  Through photography, video, and written content, they help share the joy, resilience, and impact of our therapeutic singing programs with the wider community.  Their work preserves our memories, strengthens our outreach, and helps supporters, partners and families see and feel the difference Tremble Clefs makes.
