A smiling man with glasses and a beard holding a glass of red wine with his wife

Tim Frazier

Interim Board President

I came to Tremble Clefs via an invitation from Laura Nelson, whom I knew in a prior work life. I have been involved in not-for-profit organizations - mostly health care and senior living. I have known many who have been challenged with severe chronic conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s, and am grateful to be able to support an organization that helps to make the journey as joyful as possible. I love the program - the singing, the exercises, and the happiness of the members.

Employment-wise, I have a checkered past - as an accountant, consultant, and executive - serving a wide variety of firms, including managed health care, senior living, music, manufacturing and technology. Either I am endlessly curious or just can’t settle down!

Now retired, I live with my wife Kim, a retired Board Secretary and Deputy City Clerk, our pup Miles Davis Dog, a Basenji/Corgi/Jack Russell mix with the maximum spazz of each breed, and Kim’s two sons in Orcutt, on the Central California coast, smack dab in the middle between Santa Barbara and Cambria. Kim and I enjoy visiting the multitude of wineries (often with friends), sampling the area’s varied cuisines, camping and traveling. My passions include music - I play guitar and sing, and have been in a few bands over the years; automobiles - I have an old BMW that is my latest project; hi-fi; computers; reading; and doing dishes - lots of dishes, every day. My favorite thing to do is sit out on the back patio, sipping wine with Kim and playing fetch with Miles.
